Who are we looking for?

A creator of sweet magic who:
• Knows how to efficiently organize technological processes in a confectionery production environment, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with technological standards;
• Has expertise in modern quality assurance methods across all stages of production;
• Knows how to conduct physicochemical and sensory evaluations;
• Is familiar with current regulatory documentation governing food production.

A change leader who is ready to:
• Monitor and control production processes;
• Conduct quality and weight control analyses of semi-finished products at all stages of production, as well as finished products;
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and the temperature conditions of semi-finished products through sensory evaluation.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position within the food industry.
