Repairman

LA TARTA Confectionery Factory is looking for an equipment maintenance mechanic (fitter/adjuster), preferably with experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities:
• Perform preparatory and finishing tasks at the beginning and end of each work shift;
• Carry out maintenance and repair of production equipment;
• Apply methods and techniques to prevent system failures and product defects;
• Set up, adjust, and repair semi-automated and mechanized production lines, multi-unit machines and automatic equipment, as well as high-speed centrifugal separators;
• Inspect the condition and interaction of equipment components;
• Prevent, identify, and eliminate technical malfunctions in equipment operation;
• Monitor the operation of semi-automatic production lines and individual machines.
